WIB is a national organization supporting diversity and inclusion for women in the life sciences. Founded in 2002, WIB’s mission is to educate, engage, and empower women from the classroom to the boardroom. The organization’s pillars are Young Women In Bio’s STEM programming, the Boardroom Ready program, The Entrepreneur Center, and WIB’s growing Mentorship community.
