We’re proud to share that Brian Corrigan, PhD, Principal Consultant, Strategic Advisory Solutions at Metrum Research Group, has been named the 2026 recipient of the ASCPT Gary Neil Prize for Innovation in Drug Development.

This prestigious honor recognizes Dr. Corrigan’s career-long commitment to applying innovative science to real-world drug development decisions.

His pioneering work includes:

  • Exposure–response modeling that supported the 2002 approval of gabapentin

  • Co-leading Coalition Against Major Disease (CAMD) to deliver the first FDA/EMA-endorsed quantitative drug development tool

  • Championing quantitative portfolio decision frameworks that bring data-driven rigor to strategy at scale

At MetrumRG, we’re inspired by Brian’s impact and proud to see his leadership recognized by ASCPT. Through our Strategic Advisory Solutions team, we partner with sponsors to bring that same innovative, evidence-based thinking to program and portfolio strategy—helping teams make confident, informed decisions that advance development efficiently and effectively.

Please join us in congratulating Brian and the full ASCPT Journal Family cohort of honorees, and in thanking the nomination and selection committees for recognizing contributions that continue to move our field forward.
