The addition of Shashank Rohatagi, PhD, MBA, adds decades of drug development experience to our team and strengthens our capabilities in clinical pharmacology and drug development strategy.
Services include:
Drug development strategy consulting
Interpretation, review, and analysis of clinical and non-clinical pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and ADME data
Creation of quantitative clinical pharmacology development plans
Guidance on clinical pharmacology-related questions in all phases of drug development
Development of quantitative strategies to support decision-making
Preparation and contribution to regulatory reports and documents (e.g. IND, NDA, BLA, PIP, CTD)
Expert representation and support for regulatory interactions.

Bill Gillespie, Ph.D., capped off the event with an afternoon workshop "Getting Started with Bayesian PKPD Modeling Using Stan/Torsten: Practical use of Stan and R for PKPD applications".
