Metrum Research Group is pleased to announce the addition of Devin Pastoor, Ph. D., to our team, as Senior Director of Engineering Services!

As Senior Director of Engineering Services (a new unit at Metrum), Devin will be working with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions that support quantitative decision making. Devin specializes in bridging the unique characteristics of each client’s IT structure with the needs of the scientific team. This unit will broaden the services Metrum is able to offer to our clients. Some examples include:

• Providing strategies (design, roll out, and support) to migrate from existing tools (SAS/Tableau) to more modern, open, cloud-based workflows;
• Developing decision-support dashboards to promote direct executive engagement;
• Building and testing prototype workflows and tools to explore potential solutions to business challenges.

Devin will also continue to provide valuable training material to the community via in-person workshops and online platforms. Topics include Modern R, Shiny, and many more to come!
