Metrum Research Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan French, D. Sci to Fellow

Tariffville, CT: Continuing the commitment to the scientific development of the Metrum Research Group (MetrumRG) team, Jonathan French, D. Sci. has been designated as Fellow within the Scientific Leadership Track. Dr. French also serves as Group Leader of the Statistical Modeling & Methods team at MetrumRG.

Yi Zhang, Ph.D., presented "Bayesian inference with partial differential equations using Stan" at StanCon in Helsinki, Finland on August 30, 2018. You can watch video of his presentation here. You can see his poster and slide presentation on our website www.metrumrg.com.

Metrum Research Group recipient of 2018 Marcum Tech Top 40 Award;

Awards to honor state's 40 Fastest Growing Tech Companies, part of ConnectiTECH Awards October 3

Tariffville, CT - The Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) and Marcum LLP today announce the 2018 Marcum Tech Top 40, the annual recognition of the fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut. This year’s group of top-ranked companies will be honored at the new ConnectiTECH Awards event at the Connecticut Convention Center on October 3. Metrum Research Group will be honored with 39 other companies and two accelerator award-winners as the class of 2018. This marks the eighth time Metrum Research Group has been chosen as a Marcum Tech Top 40 recipient.

The peace of another typically idyllic summer afternoon in The Happy Valley was ruptured as one Ahmed Elmokadem strode confidently onto the hallowed soccer pitch of Curtis Field E. Fans immediately sensed that this would not be business as usual as Elmokadem jarringly threw down, boldly selecting a team consisting of only interns and himself. Accounts differ, but some say there were half-muffled laughs of derision at this choice. No dispositive documentation of this has been found to date. Said team was soon to become known as the "Young Punks", for reasons that should be self-evident. Yin to the Yang, team "Old School" materialized in opposition. Fans remarked in hushed tones how the geriatric name of this team belied the preternatural handsomeness and athleticism of its members.
