AI adoption often starts with curiosity: a new tool, an unexplored dataset, or a workflow that could be improved. For Sam Callisto, that curiosity began during graduate research and has since evolved into both professional and personal applications of AI.

Last month at the ASCPT 2025 Annual Meeting, Brian Corrigan, Ph.D., Principal Consultant at Metrum Research Group, delivered an insightful talk titled "Superconvergence: Charting the Course from Lab to Global Health Outcomes in Translational Clinical Sciences for the Next Decade." Superconvergence refers to the accelerating intersection of distinct but interdependent domains of genetics, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence (AI) which are rapidly converging, fundamentally reshaping global medicine development.

Meet Jill Tschida, Client Relationship Coordinator at MetrumRG. Jill plays a key role in helping projects get off to the right start. Her work touches nearly every Quantitative Science proposal that comes through the door, and her behind-the-scenes efforts ensure a smooth experience for both clients and internal teams.

We caught up with Jill to learn more about her background, passions, and what she values most—both at MetrumRG and in life.

Meet Hillary Husband, a dedicated PK/PD Research Scientist II at MetrumRG. With a passion for solving complex scientific challenges, Hillary plays a vital role in pharmacokinetic (PK) analyses, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support drug development. Her curiosity and drive extend beyond client projects—she’s actively exploring how AI and machine learning can shape the future of pharmacometrics. We caught up with Hillary to learn more about her role, what motivates her, and how she spends her time outside of work.

We recently had the chance to sit down with Seth Green, who began his journey with MetrumRG in January 2020 and has been an essential leader in the Data Science group. Seth has a diverse background spanning machine learning, applied statistics, big data engineering, and data visualization. He  also brings experience in software engineering, having developed tools and platforms for both the digital advertising and scholarly publishing industries. Before diving into data science, Seth spent nearly a decade touring as a professional musician, adding a unique edge to his technical expertise.

In this edition of our Employee Spotlight, we are excited to introduce you to Sara Miller. Sara joined MetrumRG in 2021 as a science writer. She completed her PharmD at the University of Connecticut, where she co-founded the CPE-accredited practice-based Medical Writing Certificate Program. Before joining MetrumRG, Sara worked as a freelance medical writer, contributing to publications like Pharmacy Times and Contemporary Clinic. Her passion for writing and promoting science drives her work at MetrumRG.
